PREVENTIVE
On the basis of the approved project we draw up a detailed estimate both in the

RENOVATION WORK BEGINS
• First day at the opening of the construction site, the project manager together with the boss
shipyard will study the organization of the works to create the least possible impact on the
Condominium (protection of the paths involved in the evacuation of materials, verification
of the working hours established by the condominium rules, determination of the points of
withdrawal of water and electricity, etc.)
• During the works the project and site manager will be available to the
Customer to provide clarifications, acknowledge needs or solve problems that you have

monitor the work and personally verify its quality, methods and timing.
• Cleaning of the premises and surrounding areas with a team of restoration workers
of the total habitability of your home that will allow you to immediately regain possession of it
on closing days
• Delivery of certifications as a final fulfillment we will take care of delivering you
all certifications of Conformity and guarantees on works and equipment
supplied such as appliances, bathroom fixtures, furniture, floors, various materials).
